Return and Exchange Policy
Texas Wine Lover® stands behind everything we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original ship date for a prompt refund or exchange.
Returning or Exchanging Items
First, please send an email to: info@txwinelover.com, requesting a return authorization number (RAN). Include with your request the following: a copy of your receipt and a brief description of why you are seeking to return or exchange the purchase. Upon review of the material and in accord with our return and replacement policies, you will receive a RAN (return authorization number) by email. You will also be provided with the address to return your item to. Be certain to write the RAN next to the shipping label before sending.
You can return the item by USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
- You must include a copy of your proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges.
- Shipping charges, both to and from the customer are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be for the full purchase price of the item and will not include shipping.
Shipping Policy
- We will notify you via email when your product is shipped and provide a tracking number.
- Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the order, excluding legal holidays and weekends.
- We will notify you by email if we encounter delays or are unable to ship your order.
- Please note that we will ship your order by the most appropriate shipping method. Some carriers may require you to sign for the shipment and they may not leave it at the door.
