Press Release
Fredericksburg, Texas – July 8, 2025 – In response to the recent devastating flooding, the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce and the 2025 Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival today announces that 100% of all ticket and event proceeds from Preview Week (July 21-27, 2025) will be donated to the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund. Administered by The Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country, this fund directs resources to vetted organizations providing rescue, relief, and rebuilding assistance across Hunt, Ingram, Kerrville, Center Point, and Comfort.
“The Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival is, at its heart, a celebration of the Hill Country community—and in times like these, we all pull together,” said Jim Mikula, President & CEO of the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce. “By donating all Preview Week proceeds to the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund, we’re sharing the spirit of care and compassion of the very wineries, farms, and families who make this region so special.”
Preview Week offers seven days of crave-worthy events, from intimate cellar dinners and waterfront martini soirées to a silent disco and family‑friendly queso throwdown. Despite the festive lineup, this week is ultimately about standing together: every ticket purchased, every glass raised, will help our neighbors recover from the flood’s impact.
The following Hill Country businesses and organizations’ generous in‑kind contributions will make this fundraising week possible:
- Alla Campagna, Women For WineSense, Rustic Spur Vineyards, Michael Ros Winery, Hilmy Cellars, Barelle Vineyards, and Pedernales Cellars
- Becker Vineyards, P.O. Box Floral
- Dietz Distillery, Mystic Lobster Roll, Fischer & Wieser, Das Peach Haus, and Bevvy Group
- Mesquite at The Warehouse and Ferris & Fletch Wine Co.
- Slate Theory Winery and Austin Silent Disco
- Albert Hotel, The Saloon & DJ Cassandra
- Grand Central at Milam, Los Juanos Band, Leroy’s Tex Mex BBQ, Emi’s on Austin, Hill & Vine, Hondo’s, Belly Up Brew Pub, Los Tios, and Fresh Pickin’s
