Enoch’s Stomp Vineyard & Winery has always been a popular place to visit in East Texas and I have enjoyed the different times I have visited there. Since my last visit to the estate winery, Enoch’s Stomp has branched out into coffee and has opened two different Wine & Coffee Houses. I visited the one in Tyler on a recent trip to the Tyler area.
I found the Wine & Coffee House on University Boulevard on a Saturday morning. Unfortunately, I don’t drink coffee and it was too early to really drink wine, so I had the opportunity to visit and see how other coffee lovers were enjoying the location.
The tasting location opened in 2022. They source ingredients from around the world and in addition, they offer Enoch Stomp’s award-winning wines. Besides the indoor seating, there is a nice outdoor patio where one can enjoy coffee and/or wine.
These were some of the foods available during my visit:
- Scone
- Muffin
- Cinnamon roll
- Butter croissant
- Breakfast croissant with sausage, egg, & cheese or bacon, egg, & cheese
- Charcuterie board
- Nut or fruit bowl
- Chicken Salad croissant
Besides different types of coffee, also for non-alcoholic drinking are espresso, tea, and hot chocolate.
These were some of the wines available from Enoch’s Stomp:
- Methuselah (Ultra Premium Cabernet Sauvignon) – joint venture between Enoch’s Stomp in Texas and Ancestry in Washington state
- Tyler Gold (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah)
- NV All Y’All (Chambourcin, Malbec, Sangiovese, Norton, Cabernet Sauvignon, Blanc du Bois) – Texas
- NV Bless Her Heart (Merlot) – Sulphur Bluff, Texas
- 2019 Cabernet Franc – Texas
- 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon – Texas
- NV GSM (Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre)
- 2019 Syrah – Texas
- 2019 Dry Blanc du Bois
- 3 Sheets (Viognier, Riesling, Roussanne)
- 2019 Chardonnay (Washington grapes fermented in Texas)
Another Enoch’s Stomp Wine & Coffee House is located in Jefferson if that location is better for you. Regardless, these are just two more places that make it convenient to get the excellent Enoch’s Stomp wine.
