Ktima Palivou, established almost 20 years back, resides in Nemea and is run by the sisters Evangelia and Vassiliki Palivou creating wines with organic and sustainable practices reflecting their respect for their unique land.
PDO Nemea (est.1971) is the only PDO wine zone in Greece including two of the country’s districts, Korinthia and Argolida. The zone covers a land full of terrain and climate diversity conditions and the dominant variety is Agiorgitiko, the most multi-purpose native red grape variety of the region.
PGI Peloponnese wines are produced by varieties cultivated in the region of the Peloponnese peninsula which is the biggest wine producing area of Greece. It includes some of the most famous Greek wine producing regions where some of the most famous Greek and international varieties are cultivated like Moschofilero, Malagousia, Asyrtiko, Roditis, Agiorgitiko, Chardonnay, Viognier, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon etc. offering wines of exceptional quality and taste.
