October is Texas Wine Month, and this is the time you can get all your friends to join in and realize what you already know, Texas wine is great! A number of wineries and businesses are having special events to celebrate Texas Wine Month. Here are just a few:
Texas Fine Wine Virtual Tasting
The Texas Fine Wine group will continue their monthly virtual tastings with one to celebrate Texas Wine Month. The Talk and Taste virtual tastings are held every month from 6-7 p.m. The October one is October 7th and will feature these wines:

Texas Hill Country Wineries Winery Passport
The Texas Hill Country Wineries hold four passport events throughout the year and October is the Texas Wine Month Passport. The Texas Wine Month Passport event will be held from October 1-31 in the Texas Hill Country. Reddy Vineyards and Gorji Team Up for a Texas Wine Month Dinner
Reddy Vineyards will be partnering with Gorji Mediterranean Cuisine in Dallas to celebrate Texas Wine Month on October 5th at 6:00 p.m. The dinner will be a pizza and wine pairing dinner with three different crispy skillet pizzas, each paired with Reddy Vineyards’ award-winning estate-grown and produced wines. The wines will be presented by Reddy Vineyards’ Chief Operating Officer and Certified Sommelier, Eric Sigmund. Wines featured will be:
- 2017 Marsanne
- 2019 Signature Rosé
- 2019 The Superior Texan
