Grape Stomping in Texas 2021

The pandemic is starting to go away so now it’s time to get out with others and stomp on some grapes! Last year did not allow the number of grape stomps to happen but they’re back this year. Here are some tips:

• Check the winery’s website and Facebook page to keep up to date with times and any other important things that may come up.
• Wear appropriate clothing because you will get messy, especially your legs and feet. Bring a towel, replacement shoes, etc. that you may need to clean up after you stomp.
• Tell all your friends what you are doing that day by using social media. Tag #TexasWineLover!

The 13^th Annual Harvest Fiesta & Grape Stomp will take place on August 7 at Lost Oak Winery. The event is free to attend, but you must purchase tickets to stomp grapes. Live music and a food truck will make your day enjoyable. More information is on their Facebook page.

The 35th Annual GrapeFest will be held for four days and two-person teams will create their own “I Love Lucy” moment and take turns stomping approximately 18 pounds of grapes for two minutes.
