2021 Sage’s Symposium Preview

This year marks the 4th Annual Sage’s Symposium held by Sage’s Vintage in Nacogdoches. The event will be held on Tuesday, May 18th, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Sage’s Vintage.

These are the incredible speakers that will be presenting:

• 8:15 a.m. Fritz Westover, founder of Virtual Viticulture Academy. Topic: The state of Texas vineyards
• 9:30 a.m. Chris Brundrett, co-founder of William Chris Vineyards. Topic: How to build a brand in Texas
• 10:45 a.m. James Tidwell, Master Sommelier and co-founder of TEXSOM. Topic: The history of TEXSOM and what a Somm looks for in Texas Wines

Lunch and wine tasting will be provided at noon. Wines will be provided by:

• Vine 2 Wine Vineyard and Winery
• Cannon Creek Vineyard
• Rhinory

The cost for the Symposium including lunch and wine is $50. The event will be held outdoors so please dress for the temperature.
