The 2020 Great American International Wine Competition was held May 2-3, 2020 in Rochester, NY. Wines from eight countries were represented and 447 medals were awarded. These are the countries represented and the number of medals awarded to each country:

- Colombia (9)
- Czech Republic (173)
- Slovakia (93)
- Spain (1)
- USA (157)
The only Texas winery who had medals was Cassaro Winery with these medals:
- 2019 Montepulciano – Silver
- 2017 Terroso Tempranillo – Silver
- 2019 Pinot Grigio – Bronze
