Hi Texas wine friends!
These are undoubtedly difficult and stressful times – and with Texas wineries ordered to close, that means many of us will miss visiting our favorite wineries and getting together to share a glass of wine. Our Texas wine community is a close one and we want to keep it that way.
We are resurrecting #TXWine Twitter Tuesday this coming Tuesday, March 24th at 7 p.m. so we can all gather, share what’s in your glass, and rally our Texas wineries. #TXWine Twitter Tuesday was an event last held five years ago. This time we are adding Instagram to the mix so more people can participate.
All you have to do is log into Twitter or Instagram, follow the #TXWine hashtag, and share one of your favorite Texas wines.
Let’s support our Texas wineries – pick up some wines from your local retailer or order directly from Texas wineries and join us every Tuesday night at 7 p.m. over the coming weeks. We will have a different theme each week – feel free to share any ideas you have!
We might be quarantined, but we want to stay in touch with our Texas wine family.
Please remember to include #TXwine in your tweets and Instagram posts so everyone participating in the chat can see them!
