Texas Hill Country Wineries (THCW) is the largest association of wineries in the Texas Hill Country. The association hosted the 2020 Hill Country Wine Symposium at Horseshoe Bay Resort on January 21 and 22. The Symposium was filled with educational seminars, meeting others in the wine industry, and of course enjoying some wonderful Texas wine.
Before the Symposium started, THCW held their Annual Membership and Owners Meeting. During the course of business, a vote was held, and the Texas Hill Country Wineries now has their newest winery member, KFire Winery and Vineyard.
KFire Winery and Vineyard is located in Bertram and opened in 2017. With the addition of KFire, the association which was established in 1999 now has 61 winery members.
