It’s getting near the end of summer where it starts to get cooler. Right? Oh, that’s right, we live in Texas. But that doesn’t mean we still can’t enjoy some fantastic Texas wine festivals! North Texas Wine & Brew Music Festival
The 1st Annual North Texas Wine & Brew Music Festival will be on September 7th, 2019 in Denton, TX. The festival will have wineries, breweries, food trucks, musicians, and 90+ vendors from all over Texas for an afternoon of sampling and entertainment. The 33rd annual GrapeFest will be held in Grapevine from September 12-15. Always a popular event, get your tickets early and plan well. Sip and sample premium Texas wines and champagne while enjoying live entertainment, delicious festival food, and so much more. Ticket information is on their website.
Montgomery Wine & Music Fest
The Montgomery Wine & Music Fest will be held on September 21 in Montgomery, TX. 15 plus Texas wineries will be there along with live music to make for an enjoyable day. The Facebook event page has more information.
Texas Reds Steak & Grape Festival
The always popular wine festival has many Texas wineries pouring their wines. Besides Texas wine, there will also be Texas craft beer, artists, food vendors, the kids zone, J. Cody’s Saturday night steak dinner, the grape stomp, and live music. Check their website for more information and tickets.
GoTexas Wine garden at the State Fair of Texas
September 27-October 20 gives you many days at the State Fair to enjoy Texas wine. Texas wine will have winery tasting stations with three different wineries each day. The GO TEXAN Blue Ribbon Wine Selection program will have 12 Blue Ribbon wines selected blindly by a panel of sommeliers from a pool of more than 100 entries.
