It is definitely summer now, at least heat-wise, but the Texas wine festivals are still going strong. Here is a preview of some June Texas wine festivals touching each corner of the state. Be sure to check out our list of all the spring and summer wine festivals.
Wine & Food Week
The almost week-long festival returns to The Woodlands from June 4-10 with many different events highlighting the event. You can read more about it from our preview we wrote previously. Check their website for more information and how to buy tickets.
Sip & Swirl Levelland
If you’re in the High Plains, you definitely want to visit the Sip & Swirl in Levelland on June 8. Along with a local Levelland winery, there will be other Texas wineries with wine to sip on while you are swirling. (Have you ever swirled?) Their Facebook page has more information and how to get tickets.
Art and Wine Walk
Not leaving out the north of Texas, venture a little east of Dallas to find the Art and Wine Walk in Forney on June 16. The Art and Wine Walk will be Forney’s first, so it would be great to see it be a big success. There are some great wineries in the area, so the Art and Wine Walk is sure to be a wonderful tasting experience. Their Facebook page has more event and ticket information.
Hill Country Food Truck Festival
Last, but certainly not least, is the Hill Country where the Hill Country Food Truck Festival takes place on June 23. There will be food trucks along with Texas wineries in Luckenbach, and of course live music. Look for the June 23 date on the Luckenbach website for more information.
