It is already February and the weather is starting to get warm (is it really?), so this is when Texas wine festivals start getting more popular. Please check our list of all the spring and summer wine festivals, but this is a preview of some February Texas wine festivals.
Downtown Wine Swirl
Nacogdoches will hold their sixth annual Downtown Wine Swirl on Saturday, February 10. Texas wineries and food trucks will be lining the historic downtown main street. You will be able to purchase glasses and bottles, and drink them in the street at the event while you shop. Learn more at the festival’s Facebook page.
La Grange Uncorked
Join 17 Texas wineries for one weekend in downtown La Grange from February 16-18. Check their website for more information, but the Uncorked Downtown Wine Stroll takes place on Saturday from 3 to 7 p.m.
Toast & Roast
The Wine & Food Foundation of Texas will be partnering with Texas Monthly for an exclusive tasting of their “Top Texas Wines of 2017” on Sunday, February 25 in Driftwood. A sip and stroll tasting of the best Texas wines produced last year will also be joined by renowned Texas chefs. For more information, please see their event page.
