People have been enjoying the Granbury Wine Walk around the beautiful square in downtown Granbury for the last eight years. This year was no exception. The weather was potentially iffy over the weekend with storms threatening the area, but it didn’t keep the people away. Twenty-three wineries from all across Texas were scattered in about five clusters around the square. Patrons received 15 tickets and a festival glass along with the map of where the wineries and vendors were located. The ticket booths were very active all afternoon long which made the lines at the winery booths very active!

Pillar Bluff Vineyards
There were the “old standard” wineries that have been there for several years, but there were also some new kids on the block this year. O G Cellars came down from Sunset to participate this year. Another new winery participating was Rancho Loma Vineyards (RLV) from Coleman. Bull Lion Ranch & Vineyard, which doesn’t have a tasting room built yet, but has been making wines for several years and will be just down the road on Chalk Mountain, was also there. Another new winery on the block was Kissing Tree Vineyards located in Eddy, south of Waco.
