The weather has started getting warmer early in 2017 and what better time! March has arrived and now is the time to get out of the house and visit a wine festival, and the number of wine festivals is growing in March. The Georgetown Swirl
The month starts off first with the 8th Annual Georgetown Swirl. The festival takes place on the Town Square along with live jazz. Check their website for ticket information.
La Grange Uncorked
The two day festival in downtown La Grange will feature four events, 17 wineries, and don’t forget about the live music happening on the Square. While you are tasting wine, you can also shop the downtown boutiques. Get tickets on their website.
Red River Wine Festival
Up in the northern part of Texas, visit Wichita Falls for the Red River Wine Festival. There will be a number of Texas wines and beers which can be tasted at the one location while listening to live music. Tickets can be found on their website.
Texas Wine & Rogue Art Festival
Salado is the location for the Texas Wine & Rogue Art Festival for the two day event. Food trucks, art, live music, and of course plenty of Texas wine will be available at the festival. More information is on their website.
Wimberley Wine Walk
The Wimberley Wine Walk is on Thursday, March 30. You can stroll the streets of downtown Wimberley while sampling wines from a large number of wineries. Tickets are available on their website.
