If you didn’t know, October is Texas Wine Month and that means it’s time to enjoy Texas wine! This year, Texas Fine Wine has partnered with Texas Beef Council to pair some of the best wines in Texas with the staple of our Texas cuisine: beef. To celebrate how wonderfully Texas wine and beef go together, here are some recommended wines to pair with some favorite fall beef recipes.
