Majek Vineyard & Winery was awarded a Silver medal in the 2015 San Francisco International Wine Competition. Continuing a string of recent international wine competition recognition, Majek Vineyard & Winery in Moravia, Texas, has been awarded a Silver medal in the San Francisco International Wine Competition.
The San Francisco International Wine Competition, the largest, most influential international wine competition in America, is judged by a prestigious panel of nationally recognized wine experts. Judging is based on a blind, consensual procedure, ensuring competitive integrity, as it remains the nation’s most respected wine competition.
“When we started the vineyard, we only dreamed of this type of recognition from the international wine community,” stated Lynne Majek. “Thank you to the judges for selecting our Blanc Du Bois and validating one of our mission statements which is to provide our guests with a great glass of wine.”
In this blind competition, Majek Vineyard & Winery was awarded a Silver medal for their 2014 Dry Blanc Du Bois. It brilliantly conveys the crisp, bright, and citrusy characteristics for which Blanc Du Bois is known.
