On the heels of Kiepersol Estates successful debut of Dirk’s Vodka comes Jimmy’s Bourbon now available for sale at the distillery.
Jimmy’s Bourbon is named for a 92 year old torpedo pilot in WWII and his goggles were the inspiration for the brand. Jimmy’s attitude was the inspiration for the tagline ‘through heroes eyes.’ Jimmy still lives and farms in Jacksonville with his wife Birdie.
This Saturday (August 30th) at 11:00 at The Distillery at Kiepersol, Jimmy will be at the distillery to meet and greet customers.

The 22 barrels of bourbon made has been aging for one year. We learned at the premiere of the distillery tasting room that the bourbon was made with the minimum of 51% corn required for bourbon.
