The DrinkLocalWine 2012 conference is coming up quickly on Saturday and I am looking forward to it. A full day of seminars and fun is planned for the conference on April 28 at Metro State College in Denver with seminars starting at 9am. Tickets are almost gone so if you were sitting on the fence, get your tickets now!
I plan on arriving early on Friday and since I have the rest of the day available, what should I do? Hmm, true to form, I’m going to visit some Colorado wineries and drink some local wine! I have a Facebook/Twitter friend from Colorado who I will be meeting for the first time on Saturday at the conference. Since he lives in Colorado, I asked him for some suggestions on a few wineries to visit.
My current plans as soon as I pick up my rental car from the airport is to visit Boulder Creek Winery, Bonacquisti Wine Company, Balistreri Vineyards, and who knows what else I may find.
